Hi, I am Mengze Hong, a PhD student in the Department of Computing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, supervised by Prof. Qing Li and Prof. Chen Jason Zhang. I received my bachelor’s degree with first-class honours from the University of Nottingham at age 20, sparking my passion for research early in life. Before joining PolyU, I have worked as a Research Intern at the WeBank AI Group, collaborating closely with Prof. Di Jiang on advancing LLM applications in banking and customer service. LLM application and benchmarking, especially user-centric evaluation and alignment.
Dialogue System, especially task-oriented dialogue and speech technologies.
